Abstract
Using CODEX multiplexed imaging across 312 TNBC tumours we identify three spatial archetypes of immune infiltration and demonstrate that the inflamed-stromal archetype, rather than overall TIL count, predicts pathologic complete response to neoadjuvant chemo-immunotherapy. A spatial-archetype classifier outperforms PD-L1 IHC in two independent validation cohorts.
